it was a few hours before andie had to go on stage and perform, and her bandmates were off doing something or another, and no one she knew had showed up at her tour bus. so it was around one, she had just pulled herself out of the small bed on her bus and now she was sitting at the table, eating a poptart. a notebook was sitting on the table in front of her and a pen was laying on top of it. they wanted a new song to perform soon, the girls already had the music part worked out, Andie just couldn't think of lyrics to put with it.
she hummed the tune of the new song, taking a bite of the poptart. she had the chorus, but that was it. she jotted down a few lines, then reread them. she grimaced and scratched them out. they didn't really fit with the new song. she shrugged her shoulders, tossing the pen down on the table and finishing up her poptart. deciding she should probably get out and do something, and not sit around all day, she stood up and walked to the small bathroom area. she didn't really feel like showering, so she just brushed her hair and put on a little black eyeliner. her hair was already straight, so she didn't have to do anything. she threw on the closest clean clothes she could find, a black shirt with a mouth thing on it, and a pair of ripped up jeans. she slipped on a pair of black Keds and opened the door.
she walked around, not sure where she was going yet. there was almost no one out here, what the heck? that was weird. she walked around for a few more minutes, then found herself wandering into the tour grounds. it was already covered in fans. yay! but really, she didn't want them to recognize her. she just wanted to walk around and chill for a little. and maybe find one of her friends and go do something. she didn't want to take pictures with them and sign their shirts and talk to their friends who couldn't make it on the phone.

WRITE ME OFF, GIVE UP ON ME cause darling what did you expect ?I'M JUST OFF A LOST CAUSE a long shot don't even take this bet , . , . , . , . , . , . , . , Jasper shoved his hands into the pockets of his jeans and sighed heavily. His mates were off somewhere doing .. something. He wasn't sure what and because they weren't picking up their phones, he wasn't sure he'd want to hear the details later. If his friends weren't picking up their phones it was apparent that they were rather busy people. He was never in the mood to hear about what they had been up to, mainly cause it was nearly always to show off that they'd done something he hadn't. Then he'd lose it ever so slightly and leave before he had a chance to try and hurt them. He had a short temper. That was a little bit of a problem but hey, it had it's advantages to ... Kinda.
Yawning quietly, he realized just how tired he still was. Okay so, as nerdy as it sounded, he had stayed up watching all the lord of the rings movies and then the first and second harry potter movies. He wouldn't tell anyone that though. No, he would allow them to think that he had stayed p partying all night then hooked up with some girl just because then he could maintain his reputation. It would do him no good to be known as a nerd and he wouldn't want to deal with all the teasing. It made more sense to lie. As he walked around the tour camp he noticed just how busy it was getting. The fans that were sqeauling loudly and playing music at top volume and the body guards trying to keep them back and quiet down, not that it was working. Although Jasper wished it was. He had a raging headache and this noise was making it worse. Why had he decided to go for a walk here of all places? Even he couldn't remember now.
He turned his attention to the floor that had been rather clean just a couple of hours ago and was now littered with empty cans and ciggerattes. Lovely. Now he hoped that no-one would notice or recognize him. If they did though he'd smile and grin and bear it. Anything for the fans right? Anyway, he didn't want them to think he was stupid or stuck up. He was but if his fans hated him then they'd hate the band and then he would be in trouble. Running his hand through his hair, he noticed a girl who was also walking around. Only thing was she was from one of the other bands. He was sure of it. She just looked ... familiar. HEsitating for a moment he jogged over to her and grinned slightly. "Hey." He said with a slight wave once he was stood in front of her. Hopefully she'd know who he was. If she was on the band he thought she was of course. If she wasn't and was just another band, he was going to hate himself forever.

Gosh, how Andie loved being on tour. of course, she'd love a shower or two more, but she couldn't complain. she had been working for this since she was 15 years old, and now she was living her dream. her band was more famous then she had ever thought they would be, and they were touring with some of the bands that Andie had listened to when she was younger. what more could someone ask for? not much in Andie opinion.
Just as she had finished thinking about how she didn't want a fan to walk up to her, someone walked up to her. she took a second to look at him before realizing he wasn't a fan after all. he was the singer for one of the other bands on the tour. she wasn't really sure which one. she hadn't ever met him.
"Hey." now that she knew he wasn't an obsessed fan kid, she took a few seconds to look at him, and DAMN. was he fine or what? everything just flowed about his appearance. she smiled at him, her eyes meeting his. "I"m Andie." she paused, glancing around. a few people were standing about twenty feet away from them, pointing and whispering. that was never a good sign.
okay, so maybe she didn't love everything about tour. she loved that they had fans who wanted to meet them and stuff, but she just wanted to go t one date when someone didn't ask her where she bought her clothes or got her hair done. sometimes it felt like it wasn't even about the music anymore. "If you don't mind, could we move this shindig elsewhere? I don't wanna get attacked by fan kids."

WRITE ME OFF, GIVE UP ON ME cause darling what did you expect ?I'M JUST OFF A LOST CAUSE a long shot don't even take this bet , . , . , . , . , . , . , . , Jasper yawned again, looking the girl in front of him up and down. She was pretty, he had to admit which made him wonder how he hadn't noticed her before. Surely if she was on the same tour as him then he would have run into her at some point? It was hard for him to miss such a pretty girl as she was and yes, he was aware that this statement just proved that he was a 'player'. He knew he was, he wouldn't admit it, no, but he wouldn't deny it ether. He knew he probably did fall under that category and as it wasn't a title to be proud of, he would just pretend that he hadn't heard it, didn't know what they were on about. Hope it would stop sooner or later.
"Jasper." He grinned at her, holding his hand out to her for her to shake. "I'm assuming you are on tour and not a crazed fan?" He added on with a laugh, glancing over at the small crowd that happened to be falling. Ugh, sometimes he really hated his fans. He just wanted them to stop. Stop being so annoying and just act like normal people. He found it hard to trust people that came up to him on the street, mainly because you never knew if they were just going to ask for your autograph or for a picture. Those were the times when he really did regret joining this band and becoming famous. Most of the time it was great, sometimes he really really hated it.
Glancing once again over at the small group Jasper nodded slightly in agreement. "That sounds like a plan." He said with a slight laugh, looking round for somewhere for them to go. Where ever he looked there seemed to be gathering fans. It was definatly like one of his worst nightmares. "Any ideas?" He asked her, scratching the back of his neck nervously, hoping there wouldn't be any mad attacks on ether on them. He wasn't in the mood and he would hate to see such a pretty face be ruined by a crowd of er .. fans?

Andie smiled at the young boy, who she now knew as Jasper. she wasn't really sure how that hadn't run into each other at some point. pretty much all the bands at least knew each other. maybe they had just kept missing each other. Andie let a soft chuckle out of her lips. "Yeah. I'm in Just Another One." their fans had decided that their band name had some deep meaning behind it, but it really didn't. they were just another girl band, hence the name 'Just Another One.' there wasn't like some huge thought process behind it or anything. People just liked to look into things way too much.
"Uhm, i don't care. but wherever we should go, we should go there fast." the crowd in the venue was growing in size, and pretty soon there was bound to be someone who recognized them. "I say we just head for the backstage area. they can't follow us there." unless, of course, they had managed to get backstage passes or something. and those happened to usually be the terrible ones. ooh well, that was better than a lot of fans.
Andie started to slowly walk towards the backstage area, trying not to attract attention. "I feel like a fish stuck on a beach full of pelicans." it was like if you made too many sudden movements or even talked a little too loud, they would feel welcome to come up and talk to you, and touch you, and take a picture with you, and ask all about your personal life, and stuff like that. retarded. "I really hope i wasn't that annoying when i would meet bands when i was younger." she was more talking to herself, than to Jasper, but oh well.

WRITE ME OFF, GIVE UP ON ME cause darling what did you expect ?I'M JUST OFF A LOST CAUSE a long shot don't even take this bet , . , . , . , . , . , . , . , Just another one. Yes, Jasper had heard of them. He'd even listened to their music which he thought was pretty good. Of course, he wouldn't say it was better then his own but it wasn't terrible and he didn't mind it that much. Even though some saw it as being friendly with the competetion Jasper saw nothing wrong with it. He didn't even understand where the competition bit came into it. As far as he knew, this was just a normal tour with semi-normal people meeting their fans who were just that little un normal. He sometimes wondered why he loved his fans so much. Most of them seemed to be totally nuts. "I'm in Feelings Of Temptation." He said after a little while, realizing he hadn't told her.
"Yeah. Backstage is probably the safest bet." HE agreed, grabbing hold of Andie's hand and walking towards their destination, looking at anyone that even dared to move one step to close to him. He didn't want to put his fans off but with the mood he was in, he'd prbably bite their heads off. Not something you really wanted to do to someone that bought your CD's and gave a you a good reputation was it? Jasper somehow managed to keep away from the main circle of attention. He had a feeling another band member had appeared amongst the crowd and been mobbed. Ha. Tough luck for them. He wasn't stupid enough to do that.
"I hate to tell you this but you probably were." Jasper said with a quiet laugh once they were backstage. It was, thankfully, a lot more quiet and less busy here then it was out there and Jaz was happy for the break. "I love my fans. However I don't love the fact they can be so damn scary." He muttered glancing towards the entrance in fear of being followed. Maybe now he was juts being paranoid but he had reason to be. How many times had he been stalked by some crazed 'fan'. Way too many times to count.

Feelings of temptation, eh? she quite liked them. they were one of the better bands on tour, no doubt about it. but of course, they weren't better than her band. Andie was almost positive that she liked all the bands on the tour this year. thankfully there wasn't one really crappy band. on most tours she had been on, there was always that one band who no one really liked, but from what she saw mostly everyone got along, so far.
Andie let him drag her backstage, shooting the nicest glares possible at anyone who started to walk towards the young people. she really didn't want to deal with anyone right now. Finally safer, in the backstage area, Andie let out a sigh of relief. "Thank God." Andie nodded, laughing. "I was probably worse. Haha. I was probably like the little fan girl who had too much stuff to sign." She nodded, hearing his next statement. "I absolutely adore my fans, but seriously. They should just chill a little bit."
Andie ran a hand through her hair, realizing it was pretty dang hot outside. "Anyways Jasper, tell me about yourself!" she placed one hand on her hip and smiled at him.

WRITE ME OFF, GIVE UP ON ME cause darling what did you expect ?I'M JUST OFF A LOST CAUSE a long shot don't even take this bet , . , . , . , . , . , . , . , Jasper laughed quietly. "So were you like the nerdy kid who collected way to much stuff of their favorite band?" He asked her, grinning brightly. He wouldn't say it out loud but he had been. He'd been worse. Much worse. Of course, he kept it all a secret. No-one knew about his little hobbies hence why whenever they spoke about the crazy little fans that were overly obsessed, Jasper would start to feel a little awkward and just go quiet. He didn't have the heart to make fun of them, not when he used to be just as crazy as them. Heck, he still was, just in different ways.
"I suppose I can understand though. It must be pretty over-whelming to meet someone who is famous. Their role-models as well." Jaz said with a sense of seriousness to his voice. Imagine being in their shoes and meeting someone famous, someone they looked up to for inspiration. It must be so nerve-wreking. Then again, they didn't act like it was. Most of the time they acted as if they were the best of the best and that they deserved to be stood there. Some even acted as if they were friends with him. That was when he drew the line and lost it. He could only smile and deal with it for so long before he wanted to snap their necks. Damn, he had anger issues, didn't he?
Jasper raised an eyebrow."What do you want to know?" He asked her, not sure what to say. When he was asked to talk about himself he was at a loss for what to do. He would tell people about himself in his own time, he didn't need people to ask them to. That was just annoying. Ah well, the damage was done now.

Andie laughed, nodding slightly. "I still have everything, too. my mom has it in the attic." there was no way in hell should would ever be able to give any of it up. that stuff meant more to her than anything. back when she was in high school, people always knew her as the girl who met every band she wanted to meet. and it was true. she met everyone she ever wanted to meet except for a few bands who were too famous and she knew she wouldn't have a chance to meet them. but that didn't bother her. she got to meet most of her favorite bands.
Andie nodded. "I think I'd still freak out a little if I met my idols or something." her idol was gwen steffani, so she probably wouldn't be meeting her anytime soon, but if she did, she wasn't sure what she would do. she wanted to tell herself she'd be completely normally, but in reality she would probably freeze up, and n ot be able to talk to her.
Andie shrugged. "I only know your name and band."

WRITE ME OFF, GIVE UP ON ME cause darling what did you expect ?I'M JUST OFF A LOST CAUSE a long shot don't even take this bet , . , . , . , . , . , . , . , Jasper shook his head slightly, chuckling. "As much as I hate to admit it, so do I." He sighed, scratching the back of his neck slightly. Had he really just said that? Ah well, too late now. Not many people really knew what he used to be like as a kid and he liked to keep it that way. You know those nerdy kids that played video games all the time, got the best scores in school and were shunned by the popular kids? That was what Jasper used to be like. No lies. But look at him now, he was almost famous. Oh how he loved to rub it into to peoples faces. He was famous and look at what had happened to the popular kids, they were working in mcdonalds. Serves them right for caring so much about looks instead of grades.
Jasper nodded in understanding. "It's hard not to get excited and freak out when you meet someone you look up to." He shrugged. Really, if you didn't freak out when meeting someone you thought so highly of then in Jasper's eyes there would have to be something wrong with you. Especially if the person is someone who has been your idol since you were little. Jasper knew for certain that if he had a chance to meet some of his idols he'd be over the moon and possibly a little nervous. Any normal person would be.
Jasper sighed slightly thinking for a moment. "Well, I'm Jasper. Twenty years old and I grew up in detroit, michigan. I don't handle rejection well, I'm reffered to as a player and like balloons?" He said with a quiet laugh, unsure of what else to say. He knew that if he said to much she'd probably turn and leave, disgusted. Most people did sadly. SOmetimes he found it was best for people to know little about him and then find it out slowly.
